My Thoughts:
When I hear this quote, I remember the dialog said by Sunny Deol in film Border where he says “तारिख गवाह है की किसी ने ज़ंग मर कर नही जीती. ज़ंग तो दुश्मनों को मार कर जीती जाती है!” Which means the same what General Patton has to say.
Yes it’s the truth that when you have to restore the glory of your land, killing the enemy is as important as dying for your land.
